By creating an account, accessing the private directory, or submitting a listing to The Mycelium Connection, you ("Member," "Advertiser," or "User") agree to be bound by these Master Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your use of the Platform and all interactions within our community.
1. Nature of the Network
The Mycelium Connection is a private, member-only directory and networking platform. We facilitate connections between holistic practitioners, seekers, and wellness enthusiasts.
- Publisher Status: The Platform is a publisher of information, not a provider of medical, psychological, or professional health services.
- No Agency: We do not employ the practitioners listed, nor do we act as a representative or agent for any Member or Advertiser.
2. General Membership & Conduct
All Users agree to uphold the spirit of The Mycelium Connection as outlined in our Code of Conduct Agreement:
- Kindness and Respect: All communication must be friendly, constructive, and sincere.
- Prohibited Behaviour: We do not permit harassment, public negativity, personal attacks, or exclusionary behaviour.
- Right of Removal: We reserve the right to gracefully remove any Member or Advertiser who disrupts the community spirit or violates these terms, at our sole discretion.
3. Advertiser Responsibilities
If you list a service, class, event, or product on the Platform, you further agree to the following:
- Truth in Advertising: You warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you possess all necessary professional licenses and insurance required by your local, state, or national jurisdiction to provide the services you are advertising.
- No Medical Claims: Unless legally licensed to do so, you may not use language stating your offerings "cure," "treat," or "diagnose" medical conditions.
- Intellectual Property: You warrant that you own or have the rights to all images and text provided in your listing.
4. No Medical Advice & External Links
- Medical Disclaimer: No material on this Platform is intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of a physician for health-related concerns.
- Third-Party Websites: The Platform links out to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, safety, or privacy practices of these third-party sites. Any transaction or agreement made with a practitioner is strictly between the User and that practitioner.
5. Intellectual Property of the Platform
The name "The Mycelium Connection," our logo, and the curated structure of our network are our exclusive property. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform's original content without express written permission.
6. Data Privacy
Your privacy is vital to the health of our network. By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and protect your data. We will never sell your personal information to third-party marketers.
7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
