- Provider Application Data: If you apply to become a Provider, we additionally collect details of your practice and background, the offerings you wish to promote, your website and social links, whether you hold relevant qualifications and insurance, how you heard about us, and the name and contact details of a client reference. We may contact that reference to verify your application. Please obtain their permission before giving us their details.
- Provider Listing Data: If you list a service, we collect professional details such as your business name, website URL, professional bio, and any images you upload.
- Usage Data: We may collect non-identifiable information like your IP address, browser type, and which pages you visit to help us improve the platform experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to keep the network flowing smoothly:
- To create and maintain your member profile.
- To display your advertisements and directory listings to other members within the gated community.

- Seeker Members: Your profile is visible to other registered members of The Mycelium Connection. It is never shown on the public website, and your email address is not shared with other members.
- Provider Members: The professional information you provide — including your listings, bio, website and social links — is visible to other registered members. Your reference's details are seen only by our review team and are not published.
- Third-Party Links: When you click a link to an external website, you are leaving our platform. We do not share your private account data with these external sites.
- No Selling of Data: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers.
4. Cookies and Tracking
